Located just 16 minutes from downtown Bentonville, with direct backyard access to the Back 40 trail system, it’s a great fit for mountain bikers, hikers, families, and longer stays. Guests have full access to the entire private home, yard, deck, and outdoor spaces, so you can settle in and enjoy the property as your own during your stay. Other things to note We’d love to host your stay in Northwest Arkansas. Please note that the home is not childproofed, and there are unguarded steps off the back deck, so we ask that children be age 6 or older unless approved in advance. Please inquire about exceptions. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including children. Parking: Please park only in the driveway, carport, or parking pad in front of the home. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets: Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them and help us keep the home in great condition. House rules: No parties, smoking, or vaping on the property. Hosting: As Superhosts, we pride ourselves on quick communication and prompt support before and during your stay. Early check-in / Late check-out: We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, depending on availability and our cleaning schedule.
